Irina Poritskaya is the Outplant Operations Manager at Dow in Terneuzen, the Netherlands. She has been with Dow for over 17 years and has extensive experience in supply chain management, 3PL logistics, and continuous improvement. In her current role, she is responsible for managing and optimizing outplant and warehouse operations across Europe. Previously, she held positions as Outplant Improvement Specialist, Outplant Operations Specialist, and Lead SC Logistics Specialist. Irina Poritskaya holds a Master of Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology MISiS (formerly the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys) and Logistics Manager from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
