Lennart Heip is a seasoned supply chain professional with almost 25 years of experience at Dow, 15 of which were dedicated in Supply Chain. His specialties lie in international trade operation and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of International Trade Compliance, Lennart oversees global strategies, work processes and digital tool deployment in trade compliance. In his early Dow-career, Lennart was a production engineer and EH&S engineer for several plants in the Netherlands and Belgium. 10 years into his Dow career, he switched to Logistics, where he held responsibilities for Bulk Marine, Container and Air transport and Trade Compliance at the European level. After a short journey into IT, looking after the digital tools, Lennart moved to his current role. He holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiteit Gent and is based in the Netherlands.
