Erwin Dieterich is Plant Manager at Covestro in Dormagen, where he is responsible for the production of thermoplastic polyurethanes used in applications such as shoes, phone cases, and films. He has been with Covestro for over twelve years, having previously held roles including Site Manager in Hoek van Holland and Technical Asset Manager in Uerdingen. Prior to joining Covestro, he served as Plant Manager at Bayer Antwerpen. Dieterich holds a degree in Process Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and completed his preliminary studies in Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund. With more than 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, he brings deep technical expertise and extensive leadership experience in international production environments.
