Benjamin Tschirley is an internationally experienced EHS leader with a solid engineering background in Hazard Control, Risk Management, and Mechatronic Engineering. Since joining Grundfos in 2013, he has progressed through various roles, from Plant EHS Specialist to his current position as Head of the EHS Centre of Excellence, where he leads a global team driving operational EHS processes—from Health and Safety to operational decarbonization and water management. With more than 12 years of experience, Benjamin has developed deep expertise in strategic risk management, digital transformation, and the creation of healthy, safe work environments. He is recognized for his values-driven leadership, passion for interdisciplinary collaboration, and ability to inspire teams through change. His strength lies in identifying opportunities during transformation while transparently managing risks to enable sustainable improvements and foster a motivating work culture.
