This presentation will look at the role of the Head of Global Credit Risk at the end of the supply chain. We will examine the vetting process between suppliers and customers and highlight the importance of having comprehensive knowledge of both parties. Thirty years ago there were different silos such as SCM and procurement, today these areas are more integrated and the number of suppliers is ten times higher than the number of customers. This development harbors considerable risks and potential for errors. The presentation will focus on financial responsibilities and quality risks in the supply chain.
