Annika Goudswaard-Blankert is Head of Strategy and Systems within the Global Supply Chain at ADAMA Ltd., where she leads the company’s global S&OP, supply chain strategy, and systems team. With more than 20 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, she focuses on driving simplicity, transparency, and digital transformation across ADAMA’s global operations. Before taking on her current role, she served as Regional Supply Chain Manager for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and previously held several leadership positions within ADAMA’s European organization. Annika holds a degree in International Business Management Studies from Hogeschool Utrecht and is APICS CSCP certified, combining strategic vision with a strong commitment to collaboration, customer value, and integrated business planning.
