Madalina Stefan is Director Operational Excellence and Projects at SCHOTT Specialty Glass Solutions. In this role, she leads site profitability programs for glass processing, driving significant performance improvements and enabling sustainable growth. She is responsible for the global productivity roadmap, cost-driven production steering, and end-to-end process optimization across the value chain. Her work includes advancing digitalization and technology capabilities, as well as establishing new processes in production, sales & operations planning, application development, and project portfolio management. With over 20 years of industry and leadership experience, Madalina brings deep expertise in operational excellence, strategy deployment, and data-driven transformation.
