Oleg Pajalic is a chemical engineer with 37 years of experience in chemical industry and academia. Since 1995 Oleg is employed by Perstorp having different responsibilities and working in process development and global technology group developing and designing equipment and processes, leading projects, working as a specialist on all continents. Since 10 years back Oleg is part of Innovation having different roles, först as VI Process Innovation and Principal Scientist (present role). Oleg is as well a professor in Chemical Engineering at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Pop in Your Job:
I have been trying to mathematically describe phenomena in chemistry and technology since my chemical engineering education. It is still a challenge today and even my interest, 35 years later.
